Second Grade Flour

Second grade of wheat flour differs with its cream colour and admixture of crushed shells is possible. Products made from such flour have special taste and unique bread flavor. By the colour, products that made from second grade flour are darker, however they contain much more vitamins, minerals and protein. Second grade flour is often used for baking bread as an addition to other grades of flour, as well as for baking different gingerbread and biscuits.

Whitening – 14-26 units

Gluten:

  • quantity – 19,0-26,0%
  • quality of gluten deformation index – 75-95 unit

 

 

 Grade flour can be packed into polypropylene 50 kg bags. Also it is possible to deliver unpacked products by flour transport units to any place all over the country.
